May 12, 2012 · Northern provincial grocers is a massive scam. We are not to blame david steele for any of this, he just gets paid just like everyone else to do a job. The person to be slammin here is the owner Rich Mcintosh. I have worked at NPG a few years back and he is one of the worst bosses ever.

Do not be fooled its just Rick McIntosh trying to hide from his bad business practices. We took an order from this theif and his crooked sales person Sean Strain a few years back.
