Orbitz did not refund back my money from JetBlue Airways and they wanted to give me an exact date that I had to travel in order to use the voucher. Don’t book your hotels/flights with orbitz do it with Expedia. Orbitz is trash, they have no consideration, all they want to take is your money and that’s it

Orbitz is one of the biggest 3rd party booking websites but like booking with all 3rd parties it's a risk, if there's no flight delays or cancellations it won't be a problem but if there is you'll find it difficult to get someone to sort it out for you, you only need to read all the rants here to know that it is better to book directly with the airlines and hotels.
