Overall I wouldn't recommend QVC. They have an outdated business model, but refuse to update their plan. Technology, and retail has changed so much just in the last few years, yet QVC is stuck in it's model from 20 years ago, including their payscale. There are some complaints from 2015 and apparently Samsung will do nothing about all these complaints. QVC is a dodgy company and getting worse judging from what else has been said on here. People don't post bad reviews without good reason. Just read the recent review about the lamps that harm the eyes of children. There's still a video on the QVC website featuring a child. They should be reported to Trading Standards. Disgusting.
