My latest email to StrawberryNet in which I insisted they look into the matter now or issue a prompt refund, and as the sender complete a missing parcel claim which was what Royal Mail advised, now advises that I wait yet another seven days... Strawberrynet has my money but I do not have the item. Very disappointing and frustrating.
