I don't work for TalkTalk. I am simply a subscriber. Unlike some who post on these forums, I am a relatively satisfied customer of nearly a decade's standing. I do appreciate that some people have had dreadful service from the company, and have every right to complain, but that has not been my experience. Generally speaking, I have few complaints.

There is no published email address for TalkTalk Broadband complaints – so this is utter bullshit. You have to phone or send a letter. The problem is OFCOM are totally useless and let all ISP’s sell services they have nowhere near enough capacity to provide, out of the main cities.
