(mailing address 6121 Orange Drive, Davie Fl. 33314, and whose corporation is located in St.Kitts), and due to their advertising my timeshare property sold reasonably quickly and for the price that I negotiated with the buyer (who had found my property through Timeshare Market Pro,Inc).

All of us who signed contracts with Timeshare Market Pro have been vicimized. I have had no offers in two years in spite of drastically reducing my asking price. Was initially told that our Manhattan Club property would sell in 60 to 90 days and/or rent in 30 to 60 days.

I told him I had read repeatedly that it was a bad idea to deal with a company who required a fee up front. He is trying to tell me that in the state of Florida it is against the law to take their fee out of the sales proceeds.
