So yes I agree it was better with Trendwest but the onsite customer service is better now. I remember the days where late checkin was simply a key in a lockbox and no one at office after 10pm. But I also remember when our car broke down and Trendwest made accommodations to have us one more night - again not happening now with Wyndham.2/5(98)

It is sad that all the Wyndham company names are separated when they are all owned by Wyndham Worldwide. Fairfield communities is owned by Wyndham Worldmark, Trendwest, and any timeshare, resort, or hotel with the name Wyndham is related and contolled by the same crooks.
