Wonderful staff at Vets Now Aberdeen. On New Year’s Day my precious ragdoll cat (Charlie) was rushed into Vets-now in Aberdeen. He had kidney failure and we didn’t think he would make it. It was an awful time, but the staff at Vets Now Aberdeen were absolutely amazing. They were so helpful, professional and understanding from start to finish.

Dundee Vets Now - Excellent Care. Dundee vets now have been fantastic on both of my two recent visits. We were seen quickly and both vets examined my cat fully. They provide a lot of in depth information and told me exactly what they were going to do with him.

Once signed up with Vets Now, the vet practices using their services hand over all ‘out of hours’ calls from Saturday lunchtime to Monday morning, Bank holidays and every night from close of practice in the evening, to the following morning. Complaints range from the cost of the treatments, to pets being discharged while still very ill.

As a whole, Vets Now does listen to it's employees and make changes (i.e reducing hours from 48 per week to 45 and increasing holiday allowance) however on a more local level, I felt very undervalued, disrespected and ignored a lot of the time when I raised more specific concerns and issues regarding our clinic. -Please don't lie to your staff.5/5
