Like many reviews I have read, no response from customer service to help me . I bought a movie from Wal-Mart with a digital copy. Had to scan receipt and Vudu would email a digital code. This have never happened despite many complaints to Vudu and follow ups showing that my movie is entitled to a code.

VUDU is just another scam! I purchased several DVDs from their online store and I paid straight away but I haven't received anything from them! I tried to complaint and to ask about a refund but I was simply ignored by them! Beware and better don't buy from this store!
