Feb 15, 2018 · Wells Fargo gave my husband and I an equity line of credit about 1 year ago. The fees were approx. $3000. and it was a a 10 year term loan. Wells Fargo sent us a letter about 2 weeks ago that said that our credit line was " restricted" and no more explanation.
