Oct 17, 2010 · Accu-Weld has been having the same QC problems for years. We had to part ways several years ago do to this very same problem. I had given up on consistant tolerances and the ability to properly place glazing shims/blocks in their sashes correctly. They should take the interlocks completely off of their windows and triple up on the weatherstripping.

May 20, 2010 · -Accu-Weld Epoch 2300 was $10,500 (double pain, LowE, double strength glass, warm edge spacer, Argon Krypton Mix (is there such a thing)) My first impressions were the 9800 was a quality and attractive window, but I have not heard good things about the super spacer (seal breaks, sags, etc from multiple sources).
