I contacted the extended warranty co. Guardsman to fix the tear in our leather sectional we purchased from Bassett Furniture back in 2009. I filled out all of the forms they asked of me. I had to call to follow-up after I hadn't heard from them in 6 weeks. Guardsman rep. explained it was a manufacturing defect and to contact Bassett to fix the problem.
