I had to return these personally to the showroom. I ordered the missing items and had to pay for these in full as Bathstore would not offset the cost against the returned items. It is almost 4 weeks since the items were returned and I am still awaiting reimbursement. The damaged item had to be replaced twice as first one was also damaged.

Urgh Bathstore. We've had real nightmares with them. We also had builders/plumbers recommend against them but to be honest that was mainly because they couldn't be arsed to read instructions. all our stuff is two-three months old so I can't vouch for longevity; but the sinks and toilets seem fine quality.

Feb 07, 2013 · Every time that i spoke to better bathrooms, all that they wanted were photos or videos of the problems. I'm sorry but not everybody has all the modern digital equipment to do this, and it's so frustating that there is no other way of dealing with genuine customer complaints. All in all, it's rubbish quality from a rubbish company.
