It is possible BidCactus and BidSauce are sister sites. They look a great deal and the complaints against both sites are pretty alike. I won some auctions on BidSauce and never received my items. Their customer service never responded to my e-mails. That is why I am posting here.

I am sure this is just one of many complaints filed against Bidcactus. This is one very sorry penny auction website. I have called customer service numerous times. I have gotten as many excuses why items are not being shipped as number of phone calls made. Customer service is always very nice, but there is no truth in anything they tell you.
