I booked a round trip flight.I wanted to depart in the morning and thought I'd selected a flight that would leave at a certain time in the morning. Sep 19, 2009 · Just to update. still no refund posted to my credit card. I sent a follow up e mail to [email protected] to ask for confirmation of the refund and no response was sent. I have read through so many other other complaints on this company that say just contact them and they will try to work it out yet nothing happens.
