There are not THOUSANDS of complaints against Palm Harbor. If you do your research, Palm Harbor is the best built manufgactured home on the market. As far as manufactured goes, they use all of the top line material, like 100% American steel on their frames, OSB flooring, tongue and groove flooring. And they are energy star recipient winners.
