Such poor customer service and bad business. They should be fined and felt accountable for misleading information and ripping people off.

Oct 21, 2019 · Proflowers sending dead flowers to mothers on mothers day (cuz they are not in vase of water or delivered by local florist, rather boxed, closed buds and wilted) and adding what looks like a 100 dollar wine gift card but is a coupon/voucher which requires you to purchase 160 in wine, but cannot even be used in the state of ma in which the flowers were delivered, is cruel.
