Good Mornig . I have a paid oil burner service with slomin's, I called when I had a water leak, a burner service came to the house, changed a 29.00 part that was not on the list of parts to change and charged me 248.98 its called an extol tank and is changed every 24 months.

Please explain how this would discourage Slomins from delivering less oil than they promise. As I have stated in the complaint, I have stuck this tank many times when having oil delivered by Suffolk Oil Co. Without incident. Slomins should admit the "error" or "theft of service" and immediately deliver 50 gallons on a schedule date.

Jul 11, 2012 · Slomins or Petro? Petro service is OK; it took them 3 visits to fix one leak. But you pay thru the nose for oil (either on contract or off contract.) We compared against CODFuel.com and I think we paid 40-50 cents more per gallon with Petro.

The oil for the past 20 plus years and my 2 years with Slomins has always been put directly into the driveway buried tank---the fill pipe on the side of the house has never been used---except the time I have complained about. Therefore to say there isn't a pipe is untrue. Its in plain sight for all to see.
