Bottom line was the car you purchased was advertised (I assume) with 5 years manufacturer warranty left. If Stoneacre can't provide you with this then you are entitled to a remedy, possibly a partial refund. I'd contact Kia first to see what they say about it but ultimately you may need to exercise your statutory rights against Stoneacre.

Contacted stoneacre who booked us in at a fiat dealer. However few hours before my appointment they called to say I couldn’t book at Fiat due to the vehicle being an Abarth. They stated there was no dealership close to me and they wouldn’t offer a courtesy car because I didn’t buy the car with them.

Don’t be fooled buy the 0%… Don’t be fooled buy the 0% advertisement, I seen a car I wanted and went through the whole rigmarole of buying the car, I was told that the car was available on 0% and I had to get approved for credit so I passed the credit check and then I was told that the car isn’t available on that offer and they literally don’t do 0% because they lose money.
