I was told when I brought a stray cat there by 2 different people that it could be noted that I wanted to receive a call if the decision was made to euthanized because I would adopt it. Truth is, the SPCA could have told you the cat had numerous illnesses/diseases and euthanized the cat knowing that no one would ever follow up and ask to see the medical records and diagnoses signed by a license vet.
