I have a very similar issue as Complaint 200049. I applied for additional funds on April 1, 2013. I had to get it approved by a financial aid advisor first before my $2000.00 additional funds could be approved. I was approved the next morning. I received communication for the Department of Education that funds were approved on April 15, 2013.
