Mar 28, 2018 · Uship is the biggest rip-off I have seen in quite some time. They set me up with a shipper who encouraged me to get insurance even though there was a $500 deductible he didn't tell me about. The desk arrived damaged and the shipper told me he would pay up to $250 worth of damage. When nothing happened Uship tried to claim they have no liability.

Uship does not get you in touch with shippers. They get you in touch with brokers who then contact shippers. Of my almost $1100 shipping charge uship got $200. The broker low bidder got $170. Uship scam. I agree with most of the complaints that are coming in about Uship for the most part we have had some very good customers from Uship. BUT Uship is NOT for the carriers they back the people shipping the item and NOT the shippers that give them 100's of dollars per week with booked loads.
