Jan 13, 2017 · I've called the Better Business and filed a complaint against Vayama but I thought I'd also put in my review here. I was charged (twice) by Vayama for a ticket change that was not rendered correctly or on time. This service was very poor, worse then poor. Stay away, there are literally hundreds of unhappy reviews for this rip off company. PS.

Vayama is legit. Half the time people complain because they're clueless about the terms of the ticket they've bought or have mistakes/changes they need to rectify. To some extent this can apply to any third party so it's usually best to book direct with the airline.

If you Google "vayama complaints" you will see that people who had problems had the exact same experience as me. Suffice to say, I'm very wary about what's going to happen when it's time to check-in at the airport, but I'm going to follow-up with U.S. Airways regularly to make sure nothing fishy happens.

I was directed to Vayama on Kayak.com and they gave me the wrong tickets, they refused to answer me inside the 24 hour cancellation time (a week before they replied) and then ignored me. They charged 520 dollars to my credit card for tickets I will never use and now I have to file a lawsuit against them. Thanks Vayama. Thanks Kayak.
