I couldn’t go to Wal-Mart to complain because I couldn’t drive the car in this condition, for fear I would damage the engine. Usual complaint is the oil change is NOT done, in some cases, or done shabbily or all checks are not carried out and fluid topping is not done and vacumm/clean windscreen/interiors is not done on Value Package oil changes.
