If your complaint is not handled to your satisfaction, ask to speak to their boss. Once you run out of bosses, then you can call the appropriate supervising board. Pharmacy is a highly regulated industry. It is not hard to complain.

I understand Walmart is a large pharmacy and store and has a lot of business but at no times should an employee make a customer feel bad about calling, that I am inconveniencing the pharmacy. I am doing this complaint, but am guessing it will not go anywhere or may not even be read and for that I am also complaining directly to the store.

Not - I spent an hour at the Walmart at 9am when they had just opened and only 1 or 2 people in front of me. They did not try to even get my Insurance information ready until the prescription was done. The blonde pharmacy tech was less than helpful and basically told me to call the insurance and get her the info she needed to file for the Rx.
