Well they must be upgrading 24/7/365 because it is awful. Paying for 8mbps download and getting less than 1 to 2.5 average. I've read a lot of horrible reviews for Xplornet, but have reportedly done some upgrades and people say its great now- my brother has it, pays for 10 mbps download and a speedtest showed that that is what he is getting.
