Are you saying I shouldnt be airing issues and complaints about BT service here, because if we are all customers, then surely making the community aware the it isnt all sweetness light when dealing with BT, especially getting a BT complaint progressed or resolved is a good thing.

The punchline, of course, is that you can only get the details of these people by asking BT - and I asked them 3 or 4 times to provide the details and they just refused.

Avoid if at all possible. Broadband crashes ten times a day, speed that should be 70M fibre is rarely anywhere near, generally nearer 10M, which would be fine, but it only stays on a few hours at a time. My Orange account in France is in a different class, despite not even being fibre. BT are woeful.
