Feb 25, 2010 · This afternoon, I received a notice of Foreclosure from Bank of America. WHen I called the bank after being placed on hold for 15 minutes, I was advised that yes I was in the modification program, but if I wasn't accepted then the Bank could foreclose. I was shocked to say the least.
