I worked for the B&M for more than 3 years. I have recently wrote a review about b… I have recently wrote a review about b and m and I dont take back anything iv said but the lack of respect for staff and customers from head office is appauling. Not once have they replied to any of the reviews on here good or bad and no doubt not told the staff when theyve had a compliament.

Visited the new store in llanishen… Visited the new store in llanishen Cardiff lovely big store plenty of stock I just found the till staff very rude waited 20 mins in the queue to find out that 1 product wouldn’t scan the girl on the till called a gentleman called Phil who was very polite and was very apologetic about the wait more than than the till staff I will not return to store

Aug 28, 2013 · Being and ex-worker of B&M I have witnessed how terrible the management of the store are. They are very rarely present in between trips to Mcdonalds with friends they have employed - which is a good majority of the staff - which means everyone else is left to run the store themselves and are then disciplined if something goes wrong.3/5
