The same type of problems I read here is similar to my complaints with the Bruce Floor I had installed. It just seams to dent, chip and scratch easily. There are places the top veneer is peeling. If I had read the 102 negative reviews on Bruce/Armstrong hardwood flooring, with the same exact complaints, I would have been much better off… I can see if a review has a few bad reviews and numerous positive reviews than included fit and finish, but numerous negative one’s that match each other is a definite red flag people should listen to.
