On 26/12/13, we reported a burst geyser to CIB Insurance in the morning. During the afternoon, their service provider Imbazo Plumbing, replaced the burst geyser. There was still no hot water this morning and we reported the matter to Imbazo Plumbing and CIB Insurance at about 7 am.
