I have had Foxtel for over 8 years, always had a problem with recording using IQ2 system. Made numerous complaints over a period of 3 years, only to be told the problem was at my end. Lets be honest their service is abysmal! Eventually after two years, someone in their service centre finally replaced my IQ2 with a "refurbished" IQ2.

I have been a Foxtel subscriber for 25+ years and still have IQ2 because they are unable to install IQ3 in my fibre to the premises (Opticom) house.
