We had Gutter Guard put in by Dixie Homecrafters in perhaps 2005 -- Jim Carson as the contact person at 4187 Miligan Road and Kyle Daniel as the sales person. A person was sent from Columbus to Montgomery for my earlier complaint but we were told that everything was working as well as it could.

I got up with the intentions of contacting Dixie Homecrafters to get them to come out to look and make necessary repairs, since there is a "lifetime warranty" on their products that were installed. I discovered quite by accident, that they are no longer in business. Boy, do I feel violated, used, like a fool, cause now I have no idea what to do.
