Jan 18, 2007 · U.S. Energy Savings Corp. sends out sales people door-to-door, misrepresenting themselves to be from Con-Edison. I found out online, after the fact, that they typically target minority neighborhoods, especially those with non-English speaking populations.

I was released from U.S Energy Savings back in June of 2006 and now it is March/ 2007 and I've recieved a bill for $394.90 which $77.95 is my regular gas bill. The $316.95 is an added bill that they have tacked on me saying that I owe this. Where is the saving? And now U.S. Energy Savings has shut down it's phones so I can't resolve the matter.
