SkyAuction was Awesome!! My SkyAuction online bid went well! I read all the fine print and I won my 4 star vacation rental I wanted with no surprises (Aug 2019).. I did have a couple of questions and Customer Service agents helped answer them. Everything went smoothly for me! I even managed to get a free room upgrade! Thanks for that!

Sep 19, 2009 · We won a bid on Skyauction.com for a cruise in Fiji. We paid US$450 for a cabin upgrade and US$80 for transfers to and from the airport. Neither of these 2 services were given to us and upon our return, they ignored our e-mails claiming simply that they were investigating our case.

Skyauction is a great site!!! Had very good experiences with Skyauction. I have received emails only once for a last minute cruise and we took the offer. I told friends about it and they registered with you and received emails about upcoming cruises, but I did not receive any more last minute email deals.

No problems with flights.No matter where you live in the US, you can ask Skyauction to calculate a flight from where you live if it is not available in the auction. We have had Skyauction add a flight from Buffalo to Chicago twice for our trips to China. Since Buffalo and Chicago are considered the same zone, I didn't have to pay for the flight to Chicago the first time.

So, how do they know that the reservation was made correctly or not. I had to pay for the first night myself. It is my personal opinion that skyauction is a rip-off and has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Take a look at complaints.com to see many other complaints about this company.

If you would have spent 1/10th of the time answering your emails/phone calls/correspondence like you did with my review of SkyAuction; you would have had a better review.
