Non user friendly app, extremely tedious complaint process, bad customer service.. Uber charges you what they offer upon booking. Free Now is not, they charge by meter and my taxi ride from Dublin airport to home came to 50 eur instead of the 37 that the app offered..when asked the driver, he was unnecessarily rude, impolite..never will use this company again

However the trip was quick, but because of the Chinese New Year celebrations China town where our hotel was proved to be inaccessible bad the driver dropped us 2 streets short of the hotel.
