Aug 09, 2012 · This money is in limbo somewhere because it left my parent's account, was received at Wachovia (a transfer point) and went on to MetaBank which services UpSide Card. I have called UpSide card several times trying to remedy the situation, but all I get is "your parents have to initiate the investigation from their end".

I booked a business trip with Upside after reading the T&C's, and received confirmation email confirming my flights and hotels. So far so good. My gift card would be available in a couple business days, no problem. Then I get notified they have changed their policy, and gift cards will not be available until 72 hours after completion of your trip.
