We first called U.S. Bank leasing on October 28th, 2010 about paying off this lease. They were able to give us a rough estimate of the amount owed and updated our address (we had just moved). We were supposed to receive a packet of information about the payoff in the mail.

Sep 22, 2008 · The Finance person pretended to listed, but just didn't get it and kept quoting me US Bank along with a couple others. I ended up paying an additional $20 per month to avoid US bank, but that will end up being a savings vs. dealing with US Bank. And yes, US bank did increase my quoted payoff after the trade in and increased it by nearly $1000.Reviews: 11

Jan 05, 2012 · I will never lease a car from U.S. Bank again. I just googled US Bank Lease complaints to see if anyone has had issues and this pops up!! I just had the inspection for my lease and got the report from an outside contracted vendor for US Bank. $1680 bill.
