I had 3.0 speeds back in 2007 before STC was off sold to Windstream and continued recieving 3.0 speeds with Windstream in Dawson County Ga.up untill 5-2010 when speeds dropped to .08 to .21mps at it's fastest . I fought with them for an entire year over their speeds and overcharges.
