on the signs nearby the customer service desk, AND at my store on every register as well. If you are a business customer, the return policy is printed on the back of your invoice. Dec 03, 2010 · As far as the return policy goes, every store has a strict return policy. If CompUSA can help you out, they will, but they don't want to lose their jobs over it. If you have any issues with rebates, contact CompUSA and they will help you as much as possible. Frustrations arise with every store. It's going to happen in a democratic/republic society.

I called CompUSA and they say, "Too Bad," we have a 14 day return policy. "But I never got the service." Now, when I call Beepforfree, they (recoginse my caller ID) just hang up on me and when I call CompUSA, it is the same story, they can't help me. I'm out $90 and never got the service I paid for.
