Next is the ability to hear what is being said rather than just hearing "noise" and yes, thirdly, the desire to be on top of your game and be proficient at your job. There is a big difference between being a dispatcher and being a good dispatcher.

Where there's a question on a different scenario, and on the bottom right corner there's this emergency situation on a different scenario on what to call either police, fire, ambulance, or utility.
