When reported CompuVest placed the blame on FedEx and offered me no replacement because they were out of stock on that SKU#. Compuvest kept trying to tell me it was new and gave me some BS that made no sense and had nothing to do with my problem (a different rep emailed me each time with more worthless garbage), so I gave up with them and filed a complaint with Amazon payments, they refunded my money.
