I had their long distance service for about a year, they have raised the per minute charges for the countries i generally call, when I call to cancel my account they have charged my extra $50 plus tax early cancellation fee, which was never disclosed at the time of sign up and cancellation, I called and got no response from 3 different asociates and rude managers.

Jun 14, 2019 · Comwave has a bundle for 75/4 unlimited Internet, "Gold" TV service with PVR and all that, and home phone for $99.99/month. That is what I pay now got "good" TV, 50/10 unlimited Fibe, and home phone with long distance and all services. So is Comwave reliable? Is their customer service good? Are their services good?

Apr 12, 2018 · I cancelled my home phone & internet service at Comwave 8 months short of three years . The phone always had a beeping sound for a few seconds before the dial tone & on the telephone answering machine , when I did not pick up the call . This has always been an annoyance . The internet service was not that impressive as well .

I live in apartment building in Ottawa and took bundle of internet, TV and phone form Comwave. It never worked. TV and internet were constantly interrupted for up to 30 minutes. After multiple support calls and more than 7 hours on support calls they never fixed problems.
