Feb 12, 2012 · I also had internet with Comwave, so when I sold my house and found I’d moved to an area Comwave doesn’t serve, I was able to cancel the internet service without penalty. My new internet provider offers free home phone service, so when I cancelled my contract with Comwave, I was charged a $200.00 cancellation fee.

The phone always had a beeping sound for a few seconds before the dial tone & on the telephone answering machine , when I did not pick up the call . This has always been an annoyance . The internet service was not that impressive as well .

I live in apartment building in Ottawa and took bundle of internet, TV and phone form Comwave. It never worked. TV and internet were constantly interrupted for up to 30 minutes. After multiple support calls and more than 7 hours on support calls they never fixed problems.
