Con-ed is screwed up. Between there strikes, and retarded meter readers (not all of them, some are FABULOUS) they can not keep up with the amount of accounts they have. Here is some adivce. Get a hold of your meter number, contact your super and have him show your meter so that you can get a current reading. Compare it with your last bill.
