Well, they take money from contractors and give them a lead -the way it is suppose to go is that Constructiondeal.com gives the same lead to 3 contractors or less - so if a kitchen lead cost $51 then x 3 = $153.00 profit for constructiondeal.com.

Every single lead turned out to be completely useless and fake. I tried to call them to get my money back but they refused to do so.

Constructiondeal.com is listed at the BBB and despite having a large number of complaints it still manages an A-rating. But in any case, I recommend a zero-tolerance approach to spammers and would personally give this firm a wide berth.

Feb 11, 2010 · I used service magic for about a year starting in 08. I cant say they were great but I have no major complaints. As long as you respond to the leads as soon as possible you have a chance at getting them. The customer service was pretty good as well. If I had any complaints or discrepencies they helped me out, at least most of the time.
