The man who answered told me that shopnbc had an issue with paypal that has since been resolved. He admitted that shopnbc had the problem and not me.

ShopNBC and GE are not ethical companies from what I've seen from this fiasco. So my warning to others is to shop elsewhere. I've had good service so far with HSN, QVC, and World of Watches so I would recommend them. BTW - my ShopNBC CC is still good enough for them to satisfy other Value Pays I have with them.
