Corizon management not supportive. Administration over rides clinical decisions in Corizon. The HSA has more say as to medical care than the Medical Director. Cons. At our facility there was zero communication between the entity that is Corizon and our front line staff. We were routinely bullied by toxic management and ignored which lead to 10 long term nurses some of them had been there for years pursuing opportunity elsewhere in 3 months time.3/5

Corizon Health in my experience was critically short staffed. Most LPNs and RNs were doing multiple jobs while only being compensated for one. Management as a whole was distant, not present, and did not provide help or relief in those short-staffing situations. Most management was unaware of issues or concerns on the floor level.3.1/5(992)
