Feb 19, 2019 · We purchased a Cougar fifth wheel in 2016. It is a 283retwe model. Would never buy another keystone product again. It has had to many problems to list. The main issue is the AC will not cool the RV. Brought it back to dealer and they said they checked it out and it works fine. That was 2 yrs ago and still no cooling for us in the RV.
