Training took about 2 weeks and I was on the phone taking payments after the first 3 days. My only real complaint is the need for higher compensation considering all that you have to do--sort mail, take payments, sign for packages, clean the break room sometimes, deal with upset customers, look through customer files in the file room, check the mailbox in the break room etc. .2.8/5(13)
